Chad and Elías solved our dryer venting problem within ten minutes of their arrival. They popped up on the roof and found the vent still had its wire grid in, which should have been removed by the home builder. It had lint in it at least an inch thick. Then they cleaned the line with their vacuum and taped a tear in the duct. Thanks to their help we now know more about the dryer vent and how to maintain it (much like a chimney). And clothes dry quickly as they should. Money well spent. The entire process from initial call for help to call completion was all conducted quite professionally.
