Well, you should look into my account. I'm sure after all I've done they are still thinking they are charing me. I have been through heck and back with this specific anytime fitness. It is just disgusting what kind of customer service they have and they call theirs self a professional gym. This is just the beginning of a never ending battle they started with the wrong one.
Not sure what you’re dealing with. Everyone’s situation is different, and we’re not familiar with yours. How about you try going down to the facility and speaking with staff, to see how it can be resolved. That would be the best thing you could do.
Can't help answer this question. My membership is free through insurance. The business seems to be going seeing and may need under new ownership
