The park is small and not an overnight area, but the parking is mainly metered on the streets nearby although there are some free spaces if you're lucky.
No over night parking
Parking is not free, essentially it is $10 per hour in the lot and $2.50 per hour at the meters.
I think that the parking is free. I am not sure they let you stay overnight, as I think I saw that the Park closed at 10pm.
