Seagrove Park

A small but nice grassy park overlooking the ocean. It has some benches to sit and enjoy the view, and a few walking paths crossing it. The train passes just below, which is fun for kids (and adults) to watch. A close walk down the hill leads to a playground and the sandy beach.

It's a really nice place to watch the sunset. It's cleaned and well maintained. The view is absolutely unobstructed and a beautiful place to hang out at. Unfortunately I didn't get a lot of pictures so I'm only able to post one and it's got my dog in it.

Seagrove Park is one of my favorite parks. It offers an intimate ambiance tucked in between towering palm trees and surrounded by beautiful ocean views. The Park is on the bluff close to downtown Del Mar with benches & unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. It is also close to Del Mar restaurants and some shopping.

This would be a perfect park to watch the sunset while picnicking on a bench or a blanket on the grass.
