The shuttle picks up at the West Glacier Train Station and will take you to Apgar or Lake McDonald Lodge for $10/adults, $5/children. The train station is two miles from the West Glacier KOA Resort. There is also a car rental agency which delivers vehicles to the campground, Glacier Rental Cars.
We never ssw or heard anything about a shuttle either.
I dont think so, but I am pretty sure the Red Bus Tours pick up there. Thats only if you are taking one of their paid tours.
