I heard old owners helped when rent was tough, my dad gets $600 a month for disability he has a small rpod camper (if you look them up they aren’t big at all) would he be able to afford to live here?

We don't have old owners...We are corporate owned and a very quiet park with free laundry and shower available...30 amp is $395 per mo...$135 week.. I'm sorry your dad is having a tough time, but this is a business and we do everything we can to keep our rates low as possible...I hope this information is helpful....
