Beautiful little spot for picnics, fishing, there's a really nice brand new playground. They just put in covered picnic tables. I stop here everyday and read for awhile on my way home from work.

I'm curious about ur lake lots. Is there a restriction or can u put one of the converted storage buildings on it. Also how much is the rent on the lots? Ty. Have a blessed day.

The lots are annual lease and I believe they are 3300 on the water, but don't quote me. You can have RV's or park models but no cargo trailer or storage container Building conversation. You will need to contact Joe for more and better info.

No, there are only year leases and you cannot live there.
