Mostly homesteaders. Also some shady characters running around constantly. Nice looking park though. Beautiful area and the owner was very nice. Manager was a little weird.

We lived there for almost a year and had the best experience ever. Had nice laundry facility, management was always available, quiet, lots of trees and shade. Laid back atmosphere, very close to town of Tishomingo, & Blake Shelton’s restaurant Ole Red’s. Local people we’re very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough good about this place.
