There is a board walk threw out the park. But there are some stairs. There is some hilly spots but if you can push it, this is a great family trail.
This trail is mostly boardwalk and dirt paths A jogging stroller could probably make it through minus a few steps you'd have to lift it but definitely not a city or umbrella stroller.
