Well... It is part of capitol forest, so bear and mountain lion encounters are possible, so if you do, maybe carry a gun, or bear mace, also older folks tend to be there watching the birds so watch out for their guns, old folks tend to look poorly on public nudity... So do WDFW/DNR staff

The trails there are fairly open and used daily by visitors including families. I'd advise against it.
