I am a tribal member plus worked as a head housekeeper for our resort in the past . Cabin rooms 30-39 have oceanview but of course arent as nice as the luxury cabins. The A-frames dont but are cheapest and furthest from the ocean. The motel units have ocean view, Ive heard they tend to be noisy especially in the summer months and no fireplaces also. If you could afford it go for the luxury cabin (numbers) 14- 29. Or 40-45 . If on a budget stay in the A-frames numbers 3-12. I suggest you buy food elsewhere in the city. Forks Thriftway IS EXPENSIVE. Also no phone or tvs in rooms (we want you to enjoy our beautiful reservation. Also free wifi is next to the office (that sucks). Also if you are here on a Wednesday evening there is drum and healing circle and everyone is welcome at the Quileute tribal school about 6 pm til 8-30
I paid $90 per night for an A-Frame last weekend (March 2-4). Perfect and affordable little cozy space for a quiet getaway.
You probably don't want the A frames - pretty basic and no view. Cheapest option is upstairs in the motel buildings for best view but no fire.
It's worth the money to be out on the point like that. Not much to the town though. Gotta drive for much shopping etc
The A fram cabins are sub $100 in the off season. Some view, but they are farther back from the ocean.
There are none that are really cheap. Off season probably $150 or so. Peek is over $200
