It's a perfect place for sandwiches and light salad. A bottle of water and an apple and nothing more lol It's not like a park but more of a place to appreciate nature. It's a lovely rock pebble beach
Its a public beach. I wouldn't push it (full grill/picnic setup etc.) but noones gonna say anything if chips or something. Theres a bunch of places to eat literally up the hill from Johnsons beach (Main street bistro, McTs) and also Noodle Rice Etc and the Taqueria a bit farther down 116 🏖
They have a cafe, and signs which prohibit bringing you own. But they don't have eyes everywhere.
