I work inside the marketplace and that would be rough. Some people may buy from you directly to resale in their shop, but a lot of places already do that with other vendors inside the marketplace so it'd be hard to get going. Your best bet would be the farmers market like said above. Honestly they have events going on all the time so you could totally find something. As also said, it's not a cheap place, lots of locally owned higher prices shops inside.
They do farmers markets which might be affordable
Mostly food for sale. Not sure a place to sell homemade items. It is Denver and popular, doubt anything is cheap
There is a large antique mall/indoor flea market, a big building. I'm sorry i don't remember the name. They have booths and stands that they rent out. Also they have space in locked book cases.
I would recommend joining small business Facebook groups to catch announcements of companies hosting pop up shops. Denver Bazaar is a popular one
Some of the shops sell handmade items so, perhaps, you can ask them directly.

Is there a place here that sells sushi grade salmon? I lost a bet and have to eat a raw fillet.
