Me “Hello”
Discriminated against out the door none of the employees ever verbally told me that there was not a return policy nor was I informed of their return policy. I suffer from dyslexia so I am not going to be able to read signs on the door the same way nor have the same comprehension that anybody else would. Product never left the establishment manager refused to give me my money back or be able to properly assist with a store credit the way that they are able to do it this establishment is stealing money from people with disabilities. Refused store credit and refund because they did not have people there properly trained to accommodate their own policy. If they are unable to provide services to accommodate their own return policy they need to be able to provide money back when this product never left the facility.

This yard fails to update their pictures for their inventory online. Marketing emails have stated that there are pictures of all vehicles. Those statements is not accurate for this location. This location did not used to be so poor at updating the photos. Without current photos to confirm color and comdition, this yard is not even worth the time to take a visit. Service has seriously been plummetting in the last 3 years. With the price increases I expected more attention to the online resources provided by u pull. Unfortunately there has been the opposite.

If you are looking for a part from a car that has an enormous aftermarket community, like a Honda Civic, congratulations they have a million of them despite the fact that any part you need can be bought online brand new. Now if you're looking for parts for a car that is discounted like a late 80s Nissan Z the mentally challenged manager is going to take it off the lot early even though it's the only late 80s Nissan Z at any U-Pull-&-Pay in the whole nation. Also since the manager is in such a rush to get it off the lot (probably to make room for another honda) he won't update their system so you take a 2 hour round trip for nothing. If you are looking for a part to a rare car, I would call ahead and ask the employee to walk out there and verify the car is there otherwise the manager is just going to waste your time.

The reorganization is a bit wild, but we were used to the old way. Probably should work on labeling the aisles though. The price increase should be updated on the signs. Especially for those of us who have been coming for a while and always brought cash for entry. Not like you need it anyways, given the serious price gouging that seems to be happening now. We should have just bought a new part online for $20 more

You can actually go right to the website to search if they have it
If you go to the website you can search for your vehicle type. Or go there and they can provide inventory information.
Harnest, you love to see it
Scroll down for list of cars. If mo cars on screen, thats mean no cars on yard. Try different location then for same make and model.. , i.e. Colorado Springs.
You going to Pick-N-Pull over in Aurora even if you call and they say they have the part more likely they don't because they don't keep an inventory of their parts so you pay to go in and they don't have the part that is so frustrating frustrating
They usually keep them about 45+ days. More days on a lot though means that the car really gets picked over and it looks like the car's been rolled a few times before they even get it up on the lot from when they take the pictures.
I've actually known someone to do this before but it's been a couple years
Pretty good prices entry fee is cheep like they say you pull and pay make sure you bring your tools and when you pay to go in it is a all day pass
They will come get it, but you'll get paid less, though.
Call them, or go online. Search inventory on the website.
Need to call the main # they change every week
No children under 16 allowed. It's pretty dangerous for young kids. There's lots of broken glass, wheels, and parts every where.
You can call and ask or go online to see the stock of cars
You need to call to find out or got to their website and look it up.
Most likely they will have them but probably not a full set if thats what your looking for. But i would recomend calling first also.
Check their online inventory. Www.Car-parts.com is a great source as well.
Try there first if not id call littleton upull
Once listed, you can try to wait and see if they post a picture to tell the color.
Yeah they're open 9 to 5
Possible but I couldn't really say for sure . sorry
Not sure what you're asking, but all the batteries have been pulled out of the vehicles, so you need to know the size you require.
Prices for all parts are listed on the webpage
There always engines of all makes and models...
Inventory also found on row52 app in play store
You can check to see if they have the car on line but you won't know if the engine is there, till you go there and look. Good luck
You can also check for the actual vehicle online but you can't find out about specific parts. It's hit or miss, but if they have your car there, drive on down.
Check the web site they post all prices and core charges.
The website shows a 1999, 1995 and 2000 odyssey on the lot
I've seen this part in the yard many times. 2006 to 2010 Jetta sunroof will fit.
Yes, just ask at the front desk and also ask if there are any other model vehicles with the same part. They will give you a row # where its at. Then there is a map of the locations before you enter the actual yard.
If you call them, they might be able to help you with that.
If you visit the website you can search for specific vehicles and which others are compatible. They can also do this for you at the yard before entry. Then they will tell you where the vehicles are located within the yard.
Pretty sure it's 16 and up but they might allow if accompanied by a parent
I say no.
Lot of people rely on used parts which cheaper than any used part companies out there. If you don't like it or not satisfied with them then you should let them know so they can help fix problem if it's there fault. I am sure they will help sort thing out
You'd have to look for her in the yard
