I had to get blood tests done and went to this location. I get very nervous about having blood drawn and let the staff member, June, know. She was very professional and treated me with kindness the whole way through. I ended up passing out for a brief moment and she was quick to put a cool towel on my neck and bring me water. She made sure I was alright before leaving the office and didn't rush me along. She maintained a level of grounded kindness and understanding which made me feel a lot better and less embarrassed about my fears. I highly recommend this location. Check-in was easy and straightforward and minimal wait times with appointments.

The staff are friendly. Be sure to make an appointment. They are very busy, be patient. The phlebotomist did an excellent job. I have had a lot of blood drawn and she is the best I have had.

Checked in on machine, i didn't know what to do it didn't re: paperwork??? Lady walked in; went straight up to window handed her lab request to the female at the desk... I asked if I should give them my lab request the female took it. Guy came out; called my name asked for my paperwork. Told him it was up there. Another female came out to the desk & called my name, I responded & she asked for my paperwork. I just had to ask Did I do something wrong cause I checked in on your machineThe guy (only one there that I seen) called my name. I got up he said we will be going to room 2. I said okay. He did not speak except to be very curt & asked me DOB gave it to him. Didn't say anything else till okay going in. I never felt so much pain. I even said fffuuu-----kk... I have never, ever felt pain like that when taking my blood. He was not very pleasurable. Patient repertoire- negative, nada, zilch....
