Why can't the Auto Service center hire more help? If an oil change takes two hours to perform, how are they making any money? If they could perform them quicker (let's say in thirty minutes), they could bring in more revenue. Just a thought....

Most are new hires and get paid about $11 an hour so are less likely inclined or able to help. Terrible but the management team is trying to fix it. 1-800-WAL-MART
