I'm looking for a true dog park that's fenced in where dogs can play with other dogs and off leash. i read one end has a dog park like this.. is this true? and what side is it on or what rd is it by? Thank you

There are two fenced in dog parks at the end near 281. One is right by the entrance, the other is about a quarter mile from the entrance.

Yes- very much a true dog park. IN FACT, they have one very large fenced area for larger dogs to play and then a separate (only 200 m or so away) fenced area for smaller breeds. Just make sure you access the trail at the Northern-most trailhead (I think its off loop 281). Both parks are at that end of the trail.

Yes if you turn off bill owens onto hg mosely the parking lot has the dog water fountain and then if you head right onto the trail the two separate parks are on the right about 1/8 mi down . One for large dogs and one for smaller

If you turn on the right at the light after you pass godaddys the entrance isnt far from there on the right. It can be difficult to find, i admit.
