Keewaydin itself does not offer military discounts. However certain benefits are offered to military personnel and families by the NYS Park Admin. For instance, a member of the New York State National Guard or military reserves who is currently serving on active duty in support of the war on terrorism is eligible for one free Empire Pass for use by his or her immediate family during deployment and/or for his or her own use when returning home. Depending on your situation/status, other benefits may also be available.
The cost is per vehicle, for a day use it is $7, after pm it is $4. And from what I have seen, they don't have military discount.Hope this helps!
