They have a variety of long term "perm" sites and different lease terms. My spouse Bill and I bought a travel trailer in June 2018. We tried Oz, and few other campgrounds. We got tired of storing the camper, pulling it back and forth to Oz, so in September 2018 we put it on a "perm" site. So nice to drive down, turn on the water to the camper, and RELAX.
