Can I call to check my card balance?
So they are busy evertime I call?? That's not an excuse and it's VERY unprofessional for MANAGEMENT to not follow up with a customer, especially after almost a week has passed. At that point you are not doing your job as a manager.
Maybe they are busy do they have a phone number so u can ask them a?
I wish I knew. Customer service is not as high a priority as in the past.
