I know they literally had 1 when they opened. But i was just there last night and did not see one. However they have all the requirements for an adult rainbow bright if we're talking about the person and not the MLP. You just need suspenders some rainbow socks and a rainbow tutu and a white tee with a rainbow patch all which they have.
There's a my little pony rainbow bright headband that is online only, as far as costumes go, not as of right now, but it wouldn't hurt to check at your local store to make sure as some costumes get carried over from previous years.
