I hadn't seen rice milk over there but i wasn't looking specifically for it, i do know they stock soy and almond milk in several different varieties so it wouldn't be surprising if they had rice milk as well.
According to the Hy-Vee app, searching for product 'rice milk' it directly me to the Health Market aisle. I suggest calling for that department and asking if they have particularly what u need. Good luck!
