Is there a time for exercise without large groups.? (No aerobics) Do you have noodles and weights for customers to use?
I am here from the westernslope while my husband mends from a wound, at home we would go to our "WELLNESS" pool .I would like

There are small group exercise times. Also weights. The noodles are in the kids pool.
