I've previously had good experiences here until tonight. This evening I sat at the bar for several hours hoping to get halfway decent service. Unfortunately the girl behind the bar didn't seem to care about the 3 people sitting at her bar because even with lack of business I had a hard time getting served. Then after struggling to get served for 3 hours I have my card out on a countertop on top of my check (signifying I want to be checked out) for 30 minutes before I have to walk across the restaurant to find a manager to hopefully find some way to pay these people after a horrible night. I'm told by the manager it'll be taken care of immediately and that something on my bill would be rectified. After 20 MORE minutes I inquire about my bill and am told it was there the whole time and am FINALLY presented with my card. No discount was added and I was still disappointed with my service. I left a tip under a dollar to reflect the disappointed nature of my visit and before I can leave the MANAGER tells me to keep my tip. I have NEVER been so disrespected by a manager in my life. I will NEVER be back to this location and there's a very good chance I'm done with Applebee's for good.

Even though it's extremely cold in there. Our server was extremely polite. My daughter's water taste like soda, second glass had flooting food in it.. the server without asking for it, comped my daughter's meal. Such a act of kindness deserves to be mentioned. I just wish I could have gotten his name. As a former server and head waitress... Bravo 👏

TRASH! JUST TRASH!! You would think that as much as they charge for food, it would be better quality and actually taste worth something! I'm learning that humans just don't care about anything anymore and take whatever is shoved in their faces. So sad! Why does anyone keep going to Applebee's?!? It's NEVER a good experience with this place! It's been over a year since I've been to one of their locations and after this visit, won't ever return to another one! Mozzarella sticks were cold, salad had wayyy too much wilted lettuce, potatoes had absolutely no flavor, and I don't even want to talk about the riblets! More fat and bones than actual meat! Then to make matters worse, YOU DON'T EVEN GET REAL BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS!! Just processed meat!! Then the workers have the audacity to give you attitude when you are displeased with the way your order is lol. Or catch an attitude because you check your order to make sure all your food is there before you leave the dump. What a joke!
