We stopped in on Friday, July 8, 12:16 p.m. it was ultra hot outside,and we had the dog with us in the car. The drive-thru was backed up, and nobody was moving, so we decided to go inside. Wife and I went inside to order. I wanted a plain double hamburger -nothing on it except a pair of patties and the bun. I also asked for medium fries. Then I went back to the car to care for the dog, and told the kid behind the register my wife would complete the order. After 15 to 20 minutes, I went back inside and saw my wife with 2 drinks. I sent her out to care for the dog, and waited. Our order was #27. While people who came in after us were leaving with their meals, I asked about ours. The kid set a bag in front of me. Inside was only my burger. No fries, I told them I'd ordered fries, and the manager had come over. "No you didn't order fries," and he showed our receipt that did not show fries. "My wife was standing right next to me when I ordered them. How about I have her come in and tell you herself?" Whereupon, I was given a medium order of fries. I was insulted. Telling me I did not order fries when I did? Tantamount to calling me a liar in front of other customers? Intolerable! There was still no sign of what my wife ordered. I was told to wait a bit, and responded we'd already been there half an hour. I was then given a burger my wife ordered. I went back to the car and made good our escape. I learned later my wife had also ordered fries but did not receive them either. This Burger King is a cluster festival. Their service is exactly why Burger King is facing economic problems and closing stores. I would only recommend this location be the next one BK closes!

They are so nice and made sure my order was right and I had all my food. It was a bit of a wait but, good customer service goes a long way. Matthew stood out as a nice and respectful kiddo.

My croissant looks like someone smashed it and the bacon wasn't completely cooked. Worst breakfast sandwich ever!!
