How can you keep dogs off a beach??? Not all people let their dogs go to the bathroom without picking it up so for the few idiots that did the people of Ormond Beach area have to travel outside of city limits just to bring your dog to a beach....wish I knew that before I moved here!!!!

Unfortunately, In Volusia County dogs aren't allowed on the beach.

I believe that you can! This is an open free beach with no one to collect fees. I didn't not see any dogs though.

Not across from Bicentennial Park- Lifeguards could fine you. Ocean beach dog walking is further up North toward Flagger - so I've been told by locals.

This park runs the width of the island, river to ocean. No dogs on the beach but no "No Dogs" signs on the river side~
