I think you just leave a deposit and they return it if you clean up but it's been a while so best to call the office.
Yes, I believe its $40(its been a couple years). They do have a office at the park where you can reserve the pavilion
I'm not sure if there's anyway to rent a pavilion. The park has always been free to visit. Wouldn't recommend taking kids over 10yrs old it's more for smaller children.
