Thinking of dining after the game, do they accept reservations? And what is in Boudin Balls??

Rice and pork is in the balls most of the time

I'm pretty sure they don't take reservations. And boudin balls are boudin rolled into a ball, battered and fried. Usually pretty good.

Rice pork an the trifecta. Chimes accept reservations for partys of 10 an up

Also a small amount of chicken livers is in Boudin.....yummy
