You DO need a license to fish in the state of GA. Not sure on the size of the lake...

The lake view lots at Pine Mountain Rv Resort are just that. The lake is not on Pine Mountain Rv Resort property. The lake is on private property across the road.

Yes you need a license. They sell day passes and weekend passes as well. I consider lake to be small.
