As of about 3 weeks ago with our first cold front 4 to 5. I suspect several more incoming this holiday weekend with the big cold front on the way.
2 weeks ago there were about 20. The colder the water, the more you will see up by power plant. It has been warm for the last week, so you might not see many until the cold front.
Pick up a phone and call the park
Yes.
Do you mean in general? Then, yes. Do you mean if they can be seen from the land? Don't know, it depends where the majority is currently feeding.
One was in the river. Two were in the fenced area last weekend
Yes they are. We were there last week and there must have been at least eight manatees floating around the kayakers.
The best way to know if they've been seen on the day your wanting to go is to call them they are very friendly and always are the first person I would ask . Hope this is helpful if so please give a thumbs up thanks
