Are there many manatees lately at the park?

I saw quite a few sunday

We saw over 20, but you can't see the whole manatee, only a few inches at any time

I counted about 9 or 10 a couple of days ago around 10:30 am. Yesterday afternoon I saw about 5 or 6 by the shelter where we were standing.

Over 200 on the day we were there but it was when the water temperature was lower than now.

I was there Monday 1/22 and tgere was a bunch!

Check the Gulf temperature...if it dips below 72, there should be manatees seeking FPLs warm water discharge

Last week we rented kayaks and saw dozens of manatees.

I bet today(wind chill in 40s) it will be great

We were there last week and there were many swimming in the canal near the discharge from the power plant.
