Lots of places to rest. Snack building, bathrooms, special parking, etc. My 87 yr old Mom with hip & knee replacement did fine. 50-75 yds from lot to manatees. Paths are paved and level. If helpful, please hit the Thumbs-up button below as I have done for others. Thanks.
It is about a half of a block to the viewing area. There are bleachers along the way and benches by the viewing area. My Mom has limited walking ability and she did good.
