I am sure they are. The Gulf temp is mid-60s, so they will be at the park..

Yes!!!!!not sure where you are, but, gulf is cold this year. AL, FL, MS coast has had numerous cold fronts. Those cuties are loving that warn water from the power plant

Yes, this is peak season for seeing them! The water temperature makes them come to the park for warmth!
