Yes, the majority of the security guards are unprofessional. However, I do not believe this is an unsafe place.
Personally, I have never had a problem with Citadel but have with Chapel Hills in later hours.
I've been going to that mall for 11 years never even seen security around
I found the mall pleasant all the time I have gone.....but I don't know other people's experiences
During the day its not so bad, but at night don't get caught alone
They only time I ever had a problem was when I was skipping school and was at the mall and the mall does not contribute to the delinquency of minors so if you're there underage without your parents you are going to get kicked out for truancy since it's against the law for them to contribute to your delinquency and large groups of teens do typically get followed by mall cops or plain-clothes loss prevention because they tend to be the group is that causes the most problems in the mall whether it be stealing or starting fights or other BS that has nothing to do with Mall business but I go anytime of day and I don't know how you would get in much trouble they're in the evening when I run into Chick-fil-A or whatever and I might see a couple other people during the week.
It got shot up twice this month. Broad daylight.
The security guards will follow you around like a stray dog, it’s really creepy
Yes
I agree. It's not the place to go at night during the day we haven't had any troubles
