Now this bank has closed the branch in safeway on south academy. They also took out the atm. So I went to the south nevada branch only to find the drive-through boarded up. Wells fargo is forcing us to park and come inside. Wells fargo banking has regressed to the 1960s to cut their expenses. Frustrated here.

I've been debating for weeks if I should put this review in, and today when I walked in to just get my receipts for my company, I felt this is ridiculous! First you had a drive thru so I could easily pick up my receipts then that was taken away, then you had a business line, that was taken away. It should not take 15+ mins of waiting in line to receive the documents I need. I do not have time to wait in a line that only takes 1 min to complete my transaction. Also, while waiting you see several employees talking to each other rather than helping such a small task. I can understand perception is everything. And maybe that was the reason you took all the Convenience for business company's however, I find it unbelievably inconvenient to complete a very small task. Please find a better solution

After hearing the bad press, I was hesitant about becoming a customer here, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating when I needed a POA signed and they're nation wide, so I wanted to give them a try. The staff has been the only saving grace of this company. I was unable to receive my direct deposit after 3 weeks of trying. We used both routing numbers just to be sure and neither worked, however when I changed my direct deposit back to Capitol One, I received my money the same day. They have an exorbitant amount of fees for transactions and their deal with Clover is not great. I have already closed my account with them and will be taking my business to Chase.
