This place is pretty cool. I have not interacted with security here, but I imagine they are all the typical mall cop types. Par for the course for a mall. Puppy friendly (up to 10 lbs in a carrier ). Service dog in training friendly at all sizes so long as your SDIT doesn't create a disturbance and remains under handlers control. I plan on training my SDIT here when he's got better manners, as to not bark at other SDs. Shops are well stocked, directory is accurate. Mall staff is kind and considerate. Can't vouch for all shop staff as they are all hired differently, but so far most of them have seemed to still enjoy their jobs. Food is wonderful, get the pizza!!

Not a bad mall. Bunch of closed stores. Has 2 floors. Normal stuff: Hot Topic, GameStop and Spencer's. Could be better. Has an arcade but no fighting games.

For a mall where someone gets shot once a week (it seems like), this place is pretty nice. Definitely good for walking or the big food court, which no longer has a Chick-fil-A. I don't mind the empty stores or the hood feel because this place has a Hooters. I just wouldn't be caught here after dark. I don't want to be the one person a week who gets shot. Seriously.

It's really big and have many varieties, the only thing I have a problem is the parking lot, they need to put in a new one. That's all, the place is grand and beautiful especially the food court.

Yes, the majority of the security guards are unprofessional. However, I do not believe this is an unsafe place.
1) when the carnival is here - its in the parking lot and has 0 to do with the mall... 2) you dont need to say someone is disabled 3 ways in 6 sentences. 3) depending on someone's challenges + likes + dislikes will determine appropriate rides! They will be open later today... You know the mall information page that you get to before you get two questions and answers there is that little picture of the telephone and that little picture but is a link to their website? Both of those are options to tell people when the mall is open or the mall is closed - with the exception of Chick-fil-A because they are grandfathered in so they can still close on Sundays everybody else has to open when the mall opens and close in the mall closes...
Yes it is!
at the moment?
I don't go there anymore; it's no longer safe!
I don't like it then do not go there.
Define "it." I don't recall dismal having laser tag, but things change frequently. But you might mean it'z Which is not at the mall. And last time I was there it didn't have laser tag either....
(No place at Sears, this mall didn't have one.) They have a few rides like the horse ride or the Carousel Ride over by Burlington and they have an arcade and I don't remember they still have miniature golf or not. Also- Soft Play Area- A children’s soft play area is located on the mid-level, in front of Burlington Coat Factory. Kids enjoy sliding and crawling in the plush play area while parents relax on the soft seating area.
They open the mall an hour early for walking. I want to say it's called the white sneakers program. But after that it's a place of business and then they have many teenagers walking around the 3 levels of the mall going in to stores and shoplifting goes up and they start checking to see if you have done any business. If you haven't just like any other store- the mall can ask you or tell you to leave because it's private property. If we had more things to do in the Springs for the teens + tweens it would make the loitering problem at the mall less which would allow more walking after stores open. Part of security's job is to catch/stop shoplifting from stores and it's very difficult for them to do that when there's large groups of teenagers that are not doing anything in the mall that is Mall business. Also on school days they don't allow school aged kids to walk around without parents since truancy and contributing to the delinquency of minors is illegal.
Yes they have an arcade and at Christmas they have a Christmas store. At Halloween they have a Halloween store... For other big holidays they have other shops also... And I haven't been in a little while but I believe they also have miniature golf that's glow in the dark or something. Well I have been recently but just to go to Chick-fil-A since their app and assigned parking allows me not to have to go in and wait in the line and deal with the loud Mall just to "eat more chicken."
Yeah all of the stores participate in it
If you mean Cyberstation, yes but please look on the citadel website and click on cyberstation, they have changed their operating days/hours.
No the mall will not be close, belk& Dillard are still open there.
I think normal times except Christmas day
Lol that is funny. I bet they do think that way.
Try the mall website, there is a phone link, hours, even a pic of the world... It's the website!
It is the day most places close and so people will have to wait to get credit in that amount instead of the gift that was picked out for them until the 26th every year!
Bath and Body Works is definitely at the citadel right now
Yes
I'm sure that information would be located on their website which there is a link to when you Google Citadel Mall... That is where you would get the most up-to-date information about the happenings at the mall but I really doubt that stores of remodeling and things is they did not have a lease in place to protect that investment! It would be a stupid business plan and it would also be stupid to get a business loan if that were the case and those things are checked before people do big remodels.
No they have security rent a cop driving throughout the night.
10 to 9 except on Sundays when I believe they close at 6 and potentially open at 11 I am unsure of the Sunday hours you can check on their website rather than with Google contributors or with them over the phone.
That's because it's a shopping mall with a loitering problem... Teens go there all day and walk around and touch stuff in all of the stores and guess what happens next... Frequently the theft rate increases so they want people that are shopping not loitering they do have the mall open an hour before the stores for walking.
I'm going to go with at which store did you see dog paintings and you can use the page before this one that has that little green telephone on it and you can call them all and get transferred to that store and ask them or you can click on the mall website and get the store phone number or you can just Google the store's phone number and ask them because I don't know anybody alive at all that would know every single thing that the entire Mall still sells whether it's recent or not...
Yes it is called the silver sneakers program
This is the exact reason why there's a link for a phone number and there is a link for their website where all of this information could be found in a timely manner rather than asking random Google contributors is it typically don't have any idea what the mall has chosen to do! You could call any store in the mall you could call the mall directly you could go to the malls website you are online after already ... you're halfway there!
In Ga visiting but yes. Everyone be safe!
I believe that it's sick until proven healthy.
