No, not a good idea. You might be able to un-hitch it an leave it at the gift shop parking lot just before the entrance gate to the National Park entrance where you pay. But if you are doing that, the. It's better still to leave it at the bottom. There are some twisty roads even getting that far.
You could, but I wouldn't recommend it. There are lots of bicyclists and narrow roads. If it were me, I'd ditch the trailer and go solo. You'll enjoy your time better that way.

Parking is very crowded at the top, and I can't imagine why you'd want to deal with a long trailer up there.
It was a scary drive just in my van! Narrow road with nothing to stop you from going off the side.
