No, they no longer take cans. Nearest place is the redemption center behind Hobby Lobby.

Hyvee Corporate decided all their stores would NOT be accepting bottles and cans for return since the pandemic started last year and followed the Gov's orders. They have a sign stating that at customer service and advised customers to take their returns to the redemption center behind Hobby Lobby. The Eagle Country Market on Elm takes them back however you are limited to 5 cases per day( $6.00).

They decided that they wouldn't be taking cans anymore and recommend the one (not so friendly) recycling center in town. I have heard that Eagle Country Market on Elm does but I haven't tested that.
