Masks are required for everyone... Customers, Partners, and Vendors. Free masks are offered to anyone who is without one. To protect the safety of everyone, H-E-B does not confront Customers who refuse to wear a mask. All contact surfaces are sanitized at night and high traffic areas throughout the day. All Partners in food preparation areas are required to wear hairnets, beard nets, gloves, and masks. 6-foot distancing labels are on the floors where needed, and checkout stands, service counters, etc. are protected by plexiglass dividers and barriers. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for the shopping carts are provided free at all entrances.
