Why are you not answering your phone I have been trying to call you since last week before thanksgiving. People do not have the time to take off work to go into the office just to ask some questions or make an appointment.

It is a new system. I had the same problem because I was running late for my appointment. I explained my situation and they were good with it. I waited only 10 minutes for being so late.

They are updating their system, same thing happened to me. They will call you back, may take a minute but they will. If you really want a response now I would just stop by. Once you become a patient, they will ask you to create an account and you can pose your questions there. Hope this helps!
