It is a new system. I had the same problem because I was running late for my appointment. I explained my situation and they were good with it. I waited only 10 minutes for being so late.
They are updating their system, same thing happened to me. They will call you back, may take a minute but they will. If you really want a response now I would just stop by. Once you become a patient, they will ask you to create an account and you can pose your questions there. Hope this helps!
