since Christus Trinity has taken over they will not answer their phones. I HAD a great experience with this office when it was Live Oak. Now not so much. Waiting for results from a test that I had done over a month ago good or bad they should let me know.

I just got asked to leave the clinic because I would not let them put a gun to my head and pull the trigger. I asked if they had another way to take my temperature and they said no. The idea that we are being made to feel normal about someone sticking a gun to our heads and pulling the trigger is absolutely insane, but a small amount of research will reveal another way. Temperature can be measured on the wrist. Furthermore, research suggest that the light on the temperature gun causes damage to the pineal gland, located in the center of the brain.

Dr Riojas is amazing! My coworker said I would love her and I do ! I have never felt so at ease with a PCP ever . I am very shy and she was so easy to talk to , and listened and was not rushed . I even received a response from a portal message concerning how to manage my glucose and insulin on a sick day . I can already tell she has taken charge of my health and is going to help me get where we feel I need to be . I am so happy I found her .

I personally liked Dr. Curtis. Saw her for a few years and thought she was pretty good..but the staff is awful. They are very rude and unwilling to help. I have had tons of issues with my prescriptions being called in to correct locations and even making appointments. I have since booked at another OBGYN because of the staff. I have worked in the medical field for many years and I would never keep a staff that did not treat my patients with respect. I recommended she purges the staff or she will continue to lose patients.
