Do others that get reservation in advance not get the room they asked for? Or is it just us that got the terrible room? Not a happy guest!!!

Terribly sorry you had such an experience. My family and I stayed here some time ago and we had a great time. I think your situation was unique and you got a bad room, this is very unlike this facility. Please report your unhappy stay to the manager and see what he/she can do for you.
