13 years old is the minimum but if they are 48" tall they usually don't ask age. That's for the downstairs track. The upstairs track is 13 and 56" tall
Its age and height based but all of the carts are single seaters. The child has to be at least 48 inches tall. Certain carts they have to be 16 years old or older.
