No. Though it's not really a park with a defined area to drive through. Most of the access is from the main road with signs for different points of interest. The main park area is on the river with a swimming spot for the summer (if the river is cooperating). At the main park area there is a town with restuarants, shops, and activities. There are a number of off the road trails that are drivable.
