I am sure all of them do a great job. That being said, we chose Whitewater Adventures and had a blast. Very good safety fallback with guides and kayakers on the spot. We lost half our raft including the guide and, more importantly, my 15 year old daughter in one of the rapids. Response was rapid from the kayaking crew to ferry my daughter to the nearest raft and then she was returned to our raft within minutes. It was a great time.
I can't truthfully answer that as I have not used any. There are several companies right there, it would be easy to check them out as they are right next to each other.
