They open at 11am, arrive no later than 10:15 and you can usually get right in. Otherwise definately make a phone reservation.
Sometomes they ta in e reservations over phone, but the day we went they did not. When yiu arrive you go to window to make your resevation, which is more like checking in, we got there around 11:30 (they opened at 11 am) and iur wait was 15 minutes, by the time we left there qas a long line as reservation/check in counter, and we heard some people say they were told up to 1 1/2 hour wait.
I would recommend it as it was quite busy a few weeks ago. It really depends on how long you are willing to wait when you arrive.
My sister and i made reservations on the phone a few days ahead. You don't have to do it ahead though as you can reserve at the walk up window or just show up. The wait can be long though depending on time, day, and season.
I don't think they take reservations. Wait can be on the longer side. Parking can be a real pain
Wait time for outside can be over an hour on a nice summer day. There is a check in counter where you can add your name to the list, I do not think they take reservations over the phone.
I'm not sure they take reservations. Wait time wasn't too bad (20 mins.). Parking lots are small making parking terrible.
