As an employee I must let you know that sometimes we have new hires that forget the whole process of taking a delivery order, I apologise for the mistake. Usually If you wait for your CSR (customer service representative) to ask you for all the information we need and to let said CSR go through the ordering process we most likely will not make any mistakes, or try the online app. With a profile you can have all your info automatically entered with your favorite order.
