Today I guess they are under staffed? I’m sorry if that’s the case but I ordered online and halfway through my order they called me and said I had to CANCEL my order. Like there was no choice, I paid already. He didn’t want to work is what he said pretty much and said “it would be 3 hours if I wanted it cold” I called at 11pm. He said he wouldn’t let me pick it up. The store says the lobby is open and the driver would be under an hour. There is one women in there, I think a team leader. When she is in, it’s usually fine. Other than that it’s a mess. I’ve order the regular pizza many times and for weeks it was a totally different pizza than it is now. No joke, was sold a pizza without SAUCE! I’m sorry I know it seems like a lie but I’m not even joking.. we called and they were mad and thought we were lying until bringing it in. Things are either over done or underdone. I’ve honestly been ordering at this store for just under a year and nothing has changed. This has to be the worst dominos I’ve sadly lived next too… may the next one make up for your terrible mistakes and customer service.. something I won’t even get into

This place is a mess. It's like bi-polar pizza. One day it's great and the people are efficient, the next day they make the wrong pizza and stick it on the shelf for an hour until you call and then make it your fault. Eat at your own risk, hope you get them on a good day.

I am NOT a happy customer, ordered online garlic twist + cinnamon twist. The appearance wasn't good, small like last minute dough of the day + garlic twist box was very oily underneath the paper, seeping through, my husband picked it up for me, I called, they wouldn't replace it, I have to go back tonight. I am sorry my husband drove over 1 hour. I am disappointed that they CAN'T replace it for another day. I took pictures of it - not appealing. Dough does not taste fresh.

Pretty good
How long did they say it would take? Some times they are busy. The only time I had a late pizza was when they messed it up, called me to let me know and showed up with a quality pizza instead of a burnt one. Humans make the 🍕, and mistakes happen.
As an employee I must let you know that sometimes we have new hires that forget the whole process of taking a delivery order, I apologise for the mistake. Usually If you wait for your CSR (customer service representative) to ask you for all the information we need and to let said CSR go through the ordering process we most likely will not make any mistakes, or try the online app. With a profile you can have all your info automatically entered with your favorite order. I hope this was helpful.
