AC3 is the new restaurant and Bar adjacent to the Hotel Paseo in Palm Desert. The owners are the owners of Trio and Copley's. Great menu, but you should make reservations.
It looks like they're owned by the same person, but they are different restaurants.
Unknown. Ive never heard them called that. They have a catering company tgat goes by a different name though.
