Why does the machine say 3.00 then you press regular and hot water it suddenly says 3.50? Aren't you charging enough for what 5 gal hot water? The only thing you get for 3.00 for (laughing) 3 loads = 1 load at home is light wash. Joke

The machines work similar to a gas pump. If you choose hot water it’s similar to paying for premium gas. As a business they of course have to pay more for heating the water just as you would at home. Only difference is, you see it on a Monthly bill and not a breakdown on every use. However, I noticed it’s less for cold water. And use your loyalty card, every 10 washes you get one load on any size, any setting, any temperature for FREE!
